Welcome to WatchPPF! IOur Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order on watchppf.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom-cut protection films may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address entry.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
  • International shipping rates vary by country.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order on our website or via the carrier’s tracking system.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • WatchPPF has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact fees.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • WatchPPF is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. Please ensure a secure delivery location.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • You can request order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
