Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom-cut protection films may require additional processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order on our website or via the carrier’s tracking system.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
WatchPPF has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact fees.
Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
WatchPPF is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Changes & Cancellations
You can request order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
